• Anything detected from our client is nothing but a false positive and is mainly because we have encrypted our files to prevent theft of our new models. If our client was harmful to you in any way, ElitePvPers would have gotten it removed and wouldn't have approved the thread.

• ElitePvPers' moderation has seen the non-encrypted files and have marked them safe, so there's no need to worry.

• Put the client directory in your Antivirus + Windows Defender exceptions.
• Remove the TempPath folder inside the client folder.
• Re-extract 'AraxionExtension.dll' inside the client folder.
• Try to start the game again.

• Put the client directory in your Antivirus + Windows Defender exceptions.
• Remove the TempPath folder inside the client folder.
• Run the silkroad.exe as an Administrator
• Try to update again.
• If it still doesn't work, try re-extracting/unzipping the client in a New Folder.

• Send us the .dmp file that was created upon your crash as it helps us indicate why the crash happened and resolve it.
• Attach a brief explanation to what you were doing before you crashed.

• Report it to us immediately with an attached HD screenshot of your client (during the freeze) and provide us with relevant information like what you were doing before this happened.

• You will have to disable the DEP in your windows.
• Open the Control Panel then open System
• On the left side of the System window, click on Advanced System Settings.
• The System Properties window should open and already be set to the Advanced tab. In the Performance area, click on Settings.
• In the Performance Options window, click on the Data Execution Prevention tab.
• Then choose Turn on DEP for essential windows programs and services only.
• Restart your PC.

• Make sure to add the client to your antivirus exception
• Delete the tempath folder
• Do the update again

• Re-extract the client.
• Make sure its added to the antivirus exception before opening it again.
